Trauma-informed, neurodiversity-aware support for the whole of recovery.

Recovery can be lonely. Between meetings and appointments, many people in recovery have no one to turn to, especially late at night. And addiction rarely comes alone: people often manage several at once, alongside ADHD, dyslexia or other conditions that most apps never account for.
Renovyn is built around three things: a trauma-informed approach, support for neurodiversity, and help through the whole of recovery, not just the first weeks. Its founders had already built and launched the app on both stores. The next step was to make the product sharper, prove that it helps, and get it in front of the organisations that support people in recovery.
A Venture Studio works alongside Renovyn as a product partner, not as the build team.
A small mixed-methods study (usage data, interviews and surveys) is being planned with UEL.
Urge tracking, breathing and grounding exercises, and personal calming spaces are rolling out in stages. Each will be tested before release. Research findings will feed straight back into the product.
“With Joe, we set out to take on the real challenges of recovery, for every kind of addiction, from a real-world perspective. We've both lived it. Renovyn is the support we wish we'd had between the meetings and the appointments.”
